Questions We Get a Lot
Outdoor lounge seating is outdoor furniture for rest — deep seating, daybeds, chaise, and conversation sets — not a dining table, bar set, or indoor sofa. This collection is outdoor lounge seating only. Footprint, seat count, and weather rating are listed on each product page.
Weather rating is the listed outdoor-use rating for the frame and cushions. Compare the listed weather rating on the product page with your climate before you buy. Cover or store cushions as the listing directs. This is not a substitute for local exposure, winter storage, or a site-specific assessment.
Cushion care is listed on the product page — typically outdoor-rated covers, and cover or store when not in use. Follow the listed care so the weather rating still applies. This collection does not include indoor sofas, massage chairs, or cushion packs sold without a seating frame.
Outdoor lounge seating ships free on most orders within the continental U.S. — Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping eligibility. Units typically arrive via freight. If you need to return a unit, our 30-Day Return Policy applies — visit the Return Policy page for the complete terms and process.
About Our Outdoor Lounges
Outdoor lounge seating is deep seating, daybeds, chaise, and conversation sets for backyard installation — not indoor sofas, massage chairs, dining tables, or hammocks. Weather rating and listed footprint on each product page so you can match the piece to a level pad and the climate you actually have. This collection does not include indoor sofas, massage chairs, dining sets, bar stools, or hammocks sold without a seating frame.
